In angry we couldn’t think clearly and rationally because all of our brain was filled with bad things inside. This is a bad thing for every person to feel this stuff. What we need to manage our angriness so it won’t occurs in critical time? First of all, we need to remove the revenge inside our heart about someone or something. The feeling of unreleased revenge will trigger the angry in deeply pain. Many people have this feeling because of the old day past activity which still has implication till now. Saving angriness is a bad thing without any benefit. You can get sick because every time you angry, the body releases free radical compound inside our organic function and it is very bad.
